Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and accessing the EM Blueprint platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Agreement is recorded at the time of account creation and is binding. You cannot access the platform without accepting these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including questions, explanations, key points, and any associated materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of EM Blueprint and is protected under UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyrights and Related Rights.

Unauthorised reproduction, sharing, distribution, or publication of any content in any format is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal proceedings.

3. Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a single-user, non-transferable licence for personal exam preparation only. You may not:

Share your login credentials with any other person
Reproduce or distribute content in any format (screenshots, recordings, photographs, text)
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access content
Use content for any commercial purpose
Allow any other person to access the platform using your account

4. Watermarking Disclosure

Important: All content displayed to you includes a dynamic watermark containing your account email address, user ID, and date. This watermark is used to identify unauthorised sharing or reproduction. By accepting these terms, you consent to this watermarking.

5. Session Security

Only one active session is permitted per account at any time. Logging in on a new device will end your previous session. Sessions automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.

6. Device Security and Monitoring

We record an anonymous device identifier (device fingerprint) for security purposes. Accessing your account from multiple devices is monitored:

3 or more devices: a warning notice will be sent to your email
5 or more devices: a final warning will be sent with a 48-hour response window
7 or more devices: your account will be automatically suspended

Device fingerprints do not contain your IP address or location data and are automatically deleted after 90 days.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts that share login credentials, reproduce or distribute content, or violate any part of these terms. Termination is without refund. We may pursue legal action for copyright infringement under UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002.

8. Payments and Refunds

Subscription fees and token purchases are non-refundable once content has been accessed. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate account termination.

9. Medical Disclaimer

All content is for exam preparation purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice or a substitute for clinical judgement. EM Blueprint accepts no liability for exam outcomes or clinical decisions made based on content accessed on this platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We will notify you by email of any material changes to these terms. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Major changes will require your explicit re-consent before you can continue accessing the platform.
