1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and accessing the EM Blueprint platform at qbank.em-blueprint.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Your agreement is electronically recorded at the time of account creation via the consent checkbox completed during registration, and is legally binding from that moment.

You cannot access the platform without accepting these terms. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or access the platform.

EM Blueprint is operated as a commercial platform based in the United Arab Emirates. These terms are subject to UAE law and supersede all prior versions.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to questions, clinical scenarios, answer options, explanations, key points, scoring systems, and any associated educational material — is the exclusive intellectual property of EM Blueprint and is protected under:

UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyrights and Related Rights, and its amendments
International copyright conventions to which the UAE is a signatory

Unauthorised reproduction, sharing, distribution, publication, or commercial use of any content on this platform in any format — digital or physical — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under UAE law. EM Blueprint reserves all rights not expressly granted.

3. Permitted Use

Your subscription grants you a single-user, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the platform for personal, non-commercial exam preparation purposes only.

You may not, under any circumstances:

Share your login credentials or access code with any other person
Allow any other person to access the platform using your account
Screenshot, photograph, record, screen-record, or capture any question content by any means
Copy, paste, or transcribe questions, options, or explanations in any format
Reproduce or redistribute content through any medium including social media, messaging applications, forums, or print
Use automated tools, bots, scripts, browser extensions, or scrapers to access, extract, or download content
Access a high volume of questions in a manner inconsistent with genuine individual study behaviour
Use the platform or its content for any commercial purpose
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, watermarking, or content protection feature
Use developer tools, browser inspection tools, or any technical method to access or extract source content

Your account is personal and non-transferable. It is registered to your email address and monitored for individual use. Sharing your account with another person — whether a colleague, friend, or family member — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension.

4. Content Watermarking

Disclosure: All content displayed to you on this platform includes a dynamic, rotating watermark containing your account email address, account ID, and the current date. This watermark is present on all question and explanation pages and is used to trace and identify unauthorised sharing, screenshots, or reproduction.

By accepting these terms, you explicitly consent to this watermarking. You understand that any shared content — including screenshots, photographs, or transcriptions — can and will be traced back to your account.

5. Session and Device Restrictions

To protect platform content and prevent account sharing, the following technical restrictions are enforced:

Single active session: Only one active login session is permitted per account at any time. If you log in on a new device or browser, your existing session on any other device will be terminated automatically and immediately.
Browser tab limit: A maximum of five (5) concurrent browser tabs or windows are permitted per session. Attempting to open a sixth tab will result in the new tab being blocked until one of the existing tabs is closed.
Session token verification: Each login generates a unique session token. If a mismatch is detected — indicating a login from another device — the older session is invalidated without notice.

These restrictions are automatic and enforced by the platform's security systems. EM Blueprint is not liable for any inconvenience caused by these features operating as intended.

6. Activity Monitoring

By creating an account, you acknowledge and consent that EM Blueprint monitors your platform activity for the purpose of protecting content, ensuring fair use, and detecting violations of these Terms. Monitoring is conducted automatically and includes, but is not limited to:

The number of questions accessed per session and per day
Time spent on each question
Login device, browser, and session data
Attempts to copy, print, right-click, or use keyboard shortcuts to extract content
Attempts to open browser developer tools
Patterns of access that are inconsistent with individual study behaviour

All monitoring data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

7. Automated Restrictions and Rate Limiting

EM Blueprint operates automated systems that enforce fair-use limits and may restrict account access where unusual activity is detected. The following thresholds apply:

Warning: Accessing 30 or more questions within a 10-minute period will trigger an in-platform warning notice.
Verification check: Accessing 50 or more questions within a 20-minute period will require completion of a brief verification step before continuing.
Temporary lock — 30 minutes: Accessing 75 or more questions within a 30-minute period will result in a temporary account lock of 30 minutes.
Temporary lock — 60 minutes: Accessing 120 or more questions within a 60-minute period will result in a 60-minute lock and an alert to our team for review.
Escalated review: Accessing 350 or more questions within a 24-hour period will flag the account for manual administrative review.

These restrictions are automatic, do not require individual notice, and are applied in good faith to protect the platform from bulk content extraction. Genuine students studying at a reasonable pace will not be affected by these limits.

If you believe a restriction has been applied to your account in error, contact us at support@em-blueprint.com with your account details and an explanation.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

EM Blueprint reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to access your account
Reproducing, distributing, or sharing platform content in any format
Repeated or severe triggering of automated usage limits
Use of automated tools or bots to access content
Any attempt to circumvent security or content protection systems
Any other breach of these Terms

No refund will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription where the account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms. This applies to both temporary suspensions and permanent terminations.

Where a suspension is applied automatically by the platform's monitoring systems and is later found to be in error, EM Blueprint will reinstate the account and, where appropriate, extend the subscription to compensate for access lost.

Permanent termination decisions may be appealed by emailing support@em-blueprint.com within 14 days of notification. Appeals will be reviewed within 5 business days.

9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

All subscription fees are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and processed securely via Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are activated upon redemption of the access code provided after payment.

Refund policy:

Subscriptions are non-refundable once an access code has been redeemed and content has been accessed.
If an access code has been purchased but not yet redeemed, please contact support within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.
No refund will be issued where a subscription is suspended or terminated due to a Terms violation, regardless of the remaining subscription period.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting EM Blueprint support constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to our payment processor.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All content on this platform is created for exam preparation purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a substitute for professional clinical judgement. EM Blueprint accepts no liability for exam outcomes, clinical decisions, or any loss arising from reliance on platform content.

EM Blueprint does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access. EM Blueprint's liability for service interruptions is limited to a proportional extension of the affected subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, EM Blueprint's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user for their current active subscription.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

EM Blueprint collects and processes personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Your data is used solely for the purpose of providing and protecting the platform service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Full details of what data we collect, how it is stored, and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

For intellectual property violations, EM Blueprint expressly reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal proceedings under UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 2002 on Copyrights and Related Rights and UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 on Combating Cybercrimes, as applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

EM Blueprint may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, legal requirements, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by email at the address associated with their account, and update the version number and effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact us to cancel your subscription.
